Art Studio by Toys Natural Policies: Please read and sign
Program or Class Changes. Instructors, schedules, and/or program content may be changed by Art Studio by Toys Natural at any time, in the Studio’s sole discretion, with or without notice. Information displayed in the Studio’s online registration system shall be deemed the most current and controlling information. Some programs and classes may have specific requirements and policies. Agreement.
On behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs, next-of-kin, spouse, or assigns, I hereby agree as follows: In consideration for my and/or my family members’/wards’ participation in Art Studio by Toys Natural class(es) and program(s) that I wish to register for, I voluntarily RELEASE Art Studio by Toys Natural 4U, Art Studio by Toys Natural, and its agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the “RELEASEES”) from any and all liability for injuries, death, or property damage to me and/or my family members resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with my and/or any of my family members’ participation in Art Studio by Toys Natural class(es) and program(s), or use of public/private trails, public/private roads, streets, freeways, expressways, beaches, lakes, rivers, creeks, ponds, pools, or any body of water (regardless of size or depth), mountains, hills, or facilities in connection with this release.
I understand that this WAIVER AND RELEASE applies even if the negligent acts or omissions of the RELEASEES may have contributed to the injury, death, or property damage suffered by me or any of my family members participating in these/any Art Studio by Toys Natural class(es) and program(s).
I further agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from and against any and all liability, claims, causes of action, and/or losses of any nature or kind (including litigation-related expenses such as attorney fees, expert witness fees, and court costs) resulting from, or in connection with participation in this/these class(es) and program(s), whether caused by any negligent act or omission of the RELEASEES. This release benefits Art Studio by Toys Natural, doing business under its own name or any other name, and/or any of its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents for any loss, liability, damage, or cost whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) to my/child’s/ward’s/spouse’s person or property.
I further understand that minor or serious accidents may occur en route to, during, or leaving the Art Studio by Toys Natural class(es) and program(s) that I am registering myself, spouse, or child/ward for, and that participants in this/these class(es) and program(s) may sustain mortal or serious personal injuries and/or property damage as a consequence of traveling to or participating in this/these class(es) and program(s). The risks include, but are not limited to, vehicular accidents, falls, extremity sprains/breaks/fractures, cuts/scrapes/scratches, bruises, rashes, insect stings/bites, reptile bites, broken or fractured bones, diseases acquired from insect stings or bites, and animal bites.
Knowing the risks of said event, nevertheless, I hereby AGREE TO ASSUME THOSE RISKS and to RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW all of those persons mentioned above who through passive or active negligence or carelessness might otherwise be liable to me, my spouse, or my child/ward for damages.
I hereby authorize qualified physicians to render medical treatment or care that they may deem necessary for me, my spouse, or my child/ward in case of illness or accident during such class(es) and program(s). In the event of injury of a child/ward/participant, and if a parent cannot be reached, the 911 Emergency Medical System will be contacted to transport the injured to the NEAREST HOSPITAL.
Photo/Video Permission. The parent understands and agrees that photographs and/or video may be taken during class(es) and program(s), including photos of the participant(s), their crafts, and/or artwork. The parent hereby gives permission to have his/her/minor child’s photo taken and authorizes the use and reproduction of said photos and/or videos by Art Studio by Toys Natural for promotional materials and on the Studio website. All photos, videos, and negatives taken at any class(es) and program(s) become the sole property of Art Studio by Toys Natural. If the participant(s) is a minor under the age of 18, his/her parent or legal guardian authorizes the use of the photos/videos as stated above.
I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT that I am the child’s biological parent and/or court-appointed legal guardian. I and the child’s other parent(s)/legal guardian(s) (where applicable) signify that we have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to be bound by each of the terms stated above and PROMISE NOT TO SUE for any and all claims. I am voluntarily agreeing to these terms for myself if I choose to participate.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Booking and/or registering for any class or program constitutes acceptance of all terms in this document.
Payments
Payment for programs and classes must be made in full at the time of registration. Registration is done exclusively online. If you purchase classes, it is set up as a subscription that automatically deducts payments after the first four (4) classes. For example, after the first four classes, an automatic deduction will occur, and then each subsequent deduction will take place after every new set of four (4) classes. If you wish to suspend classes, you must notify us in writing via email at least 30 days before the next deduction date.
Trial Class
Trial classes are free. This allows you to experience our program before committing to additional classes. If you have already taken a trial class, you cannot take another trial. A trial class can only be taken once.
Registration Information
Because classes fill up quickly, we recommend enrolling at least two weeks prior to the start date. After the first class, applications are accepted only based on availability and with the owner’s approval. Tuition for classes is non-refundable. Registration for classes is completed online. You can start on any day, as the program is designed for a flexible schedule. For late registration in an already ongoing class, if there are available spots, owner approval is required. Artists should register only for classes that are age-appropriate as indicated in the class description. Your child will not be considered registered until full payment is received. You will be notified if your child is at risk of losing their spot for any reason. Refunds for class cancellations are not provided due to the small size of the groups. After your artist is registered, we turn away other applicants. Thank you for your understanding.
Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary for some classes or program. Art Studio by Toys Natural will strive to provide a substitute rather than cancel a class in the event of instructor illness or family emergency, when possible.
Class Refund Policy
Classes are final sale. NO REFUNDS FOR CLASSES. One make-up class is offered per session for an occasional missed class due to illness (not issued for vacations or other reasons). The make-up class must be scheduled within three (3) weeks of the missed class. Only one make-up class is allowed per session, and make-up classes cannot be stacked or scheduled back-to-back. Ongoing classes can be canceled with 30 days’ prior notice. Monthly payments will be stopped 30 days after we receive your cancellation notice. Once a class is canceled, all makeup classes associated with that class expire as per our terms and conditions. To schedule any makeup classes, an active subscription is required.
Camps: Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer
Camps are final sale. NO REFUNDS FOR CAMPS and no make-ups for missed days of art camp. If an emergency arises and there is a waitlist, a refund will be issued with a $100 surcharge. If for any reason Art Studio by Toys Natural needs to close our physical space due to COVID, we will supply materials needed and camp will be held online.
Age
Students enrolled in session-based programs must be the age of the specific class by session start date. Art Studio by Toys Natural reserves the right to withdraw students who have been registered in an incorrect age category.
Attendance
Every child who attends a class or camp must be registered. Instructors do not have the ability to register students. Attendance is taken at the beginning of each class and unregistered students will be directed to Art Studio by Toys Natural attendance. In general, parents are not allowed to stay in the classroom when classes are in session. If your child enrolls in Art Studio by Toys Natural for Beginners class and needs special attention, with teacher permission, parents may stay for the first 10 minutes of the class.
Parent Early Drop-Offs/Prompt Pick-up
Art Studio by Toys Natural is not responsible for students before or after class time, or between classes. Repeated lateness may lead to discharge from the class with no refund. NO early drop-off of student(s) is permitted. Prompt and timely pickup of child(ren) is required. Early drop-offs and/or late pick-ups may result in a charge of $15 per quarter hour. If you have special circumstances, let us know in advance.
Student and Parent Behavior
The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct and/or behaviors. In consideration of others, students are expected to be well mannered at all times. No running or unattended children.
Medical/Learning needs
Parents/guardians are required to inform Art Studio by Toys Natural at the time of registration of any allergies, or physical, emotional, or learning needs their child may have.
Illness
I will not attend or bring my child to any activity if I/he/she/they are showing any signs of illness or if someone in our household has signs of illness.
Party Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve and confirm your party date and time. The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. A written cancellation notice is required at least thirty (30) days in advance of the scheduled party date. Any request to change the party date and/or time is not guaranteed, is subject to availability, and requires a non-refundable $25 transfer fee. Date/time change requests must be submitted no later than ten (10) days prior to the original party date. If Art Studio by Toys Natural cancels the party date, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. A party fee covers the art project(s), use of the party room, and instructor(s). Any extra time beyond the scheduled party end time will be charged at $45 per 30 minutes (or any portion thereof).

Art Steps is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Art Steps may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 10/4/2021.
We may collect the following information: name and job title; contact information including email address and phone; demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests; and other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: internal record keeping; improving our products and services; periodically sending promotional email about new products, special offers, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided; contacting you for market research purposes; contacting you by email, phone, or mail; customizing the website according to your interests; and providing your information to our third-party partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
